Venezuela, 1984


A residential building with 46 duplex apartments on the sea. On the North elevation a square opening with an intermediate cross frames each apartment. A small circular balcony overlooks the larger rectangular one below. The typical apartment has 3 bedrooms, two and a half baths, laundry room and open kitchen. A swimming pool on the roof serves the penthouse apartment.
